These Terms of Use govern your use of ReverySky (the "App"), published by MoonSkorch Studio.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
ReverySky is a mobile application that allows users to create, read, edit, and manage their own notes and related content on their device.
The App is provided free of charge unless stated otherwise.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
You may not:
- copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Folder Access and Local Files
By default, the App may store its files in the App's default folder.
If you choose to use your own folder instead of the App's default folder, the App may request access only to the folder you select. This access is used only to read existing note files and save new or updated note files in that location.
Unless stated otherwise, files are processed locally on your device and are not sent to the developer or to third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, text, graphics, and other elements, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Availability and Updates
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time.
The developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device or Android version.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or business opportunities resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how the App accesses and processes data.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will become effective when made available within the App or through the App's store listing.
